Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.laguanegra.com for your freshly roasted coffee beans. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders for coffee beans are processed within 1-2 business days after roasting to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight of your coffee bean order (8oz/224g and 16oz/448g bags) and your delivery location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak periods.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order of coffee beans has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Laguanegra Coffee is not liable for any coffee products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your package containing coffee beans is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.
